2. Material Overview

   • Printed on 210gsm PVC-Free Mesh
   • B1 fire-rated

   • Printed with fade-resistant UV-based inks

   Each banner is printed and finished to your requirements.

   Our PVC-Free Mesh Banner material is ideal for use on scaffolding, as well as Heras Fencing and Crowd Control Barriers.

   The mesh also allows a certain amount of light through so that when used on buildings, windows are not left completely darkened.

   Mesh is lighter than standard banner material which means it could be more suited where weight is an issue, such as installation or the protection of the surface it is being fixed to.

   Can be responsibly put into landfill as the material does not release harmful bioaccumulative toxins like mercury, dioxins and furans as it breaks down.

     Same as Trimmed to Size but with the addition of eyelets.

  2. Welded Hems & Eyelets

     Items will be hemmed, then eyeletted at equal distributions along the hem.

     The standard distribution of eyelets is one per metre. If you require a different distribution or specific placement of eyelets, that is no problem at all - simply let us know what you need when you place your order.

     Items will be given a welded hem.

  2. Pole Pocket(s)

     A pocket is added to the edges you require to allow a pole to pass through and support/tension the banner.

     The diameter of the pocket can be specified by you, however, if you let us know the diameter of the object to go into the pole pocket we can calculate the size of the pocket for you.

  2. Trimmed to Size

     Items will be cut to the size ordered.

  2. Trimmed with Overlap

     Items will be supplied with an amount of overlap on the edges you require. Once positioned, the overlap can be trimmed with a double-cut.

     If not specified, our standard is 10mm overlap on right edges. Please let us know if you require anything different.
